Time of the year ...
The silly season has kicked in, so here are my final thoughts for 2024. Probably.
First up, thank you for subscribing to and/or casually reading this newsletter over the past year. (If you’re in the latter category, it’d be a nice gift to me if you could join the former.)
Second, this won’t be long because I know you have better things to do.
I thought it appropriate to mention that 2024 seems to have been the year that Mister Brisbane segued from being a blog about Brisbane with occasional mentions of the media to a blog about media written by a bloke in Brisbane who also has the odd whine or witticism to share about his home city.
Is that the way it should be? Please let me know.
Anyhow, my evidence for this includes the fact that the list of most popular posts is almost exclusively about the ever-changing world of radio.
Here are the top five, should you wish to revisit them, with the caution that number two didn’t quite pan out in 2024:
