Yes, I did catch Covid on a cruise ship
... but it hasn't put me off cruising.
I had a wonderful week at sea aboard the Carnival Luminosa. It’s a shame how it ended.
On the Saturday night before disembarkation on Sunday morning, I started to feel a bit woozy. I was constantly nodding off on Sunday afternoon, and then I was awake more than I was asleep last night. I had a sore throat, a dull headache and some difficulty breathing.
I knew what it was before I took the test. (See the video.)
I have a phone appointment with my friendly family doctor today and, as I’ve said all along, I’ll take the medical advice. I don’t blame cruising or Carnival or whoever it was had Covid before me.
I’ll just get through this the best I can.
